Our Educational Resources...

Education Resource Materials & Programs
The district offers a variety of educational resource materials that can be borrowed free of charge in Cass County.

Food, Land & People Workshops
Information on 2010 Food, Land and people (FLP) cirriculum workshops and assitance with registration costs.

Project WET
Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) is a nonprofit water education program and publisher for educators and young people ages 5-18. The program facilitates and promotes awareness, appreciation, knowledge, and stewardship of water resources through the dissemination of classroom-ready teaching aids and the establishment of internationally sponsored Project WET programs.

Project WILD
Project WILD's mission is to provide wildlife-based conservation and environmental education that fosters responsible actions toward wildlife and related natural resources.

TREES Program
The "TREES" programs are made up of six separate programs designed to emphasize the need to protect and conserve our natural resources. They are presented lyceum style or in classroom setting.

Ladies Ag Program
Annual program honoring women in agriculture.

Living Ag Classroom
A 4 day event providing agricultural education to students

Red River Water Festival
This is an annual event coordinated by River Keepers Organization that teaches local youth about the Red River and water-related issues.

Reforest the Red
This is an annual event sponsored by the District, Fargo Parks Department, River Keepers , City of Fargo, and other local organizations.

Stewardship Week
A week of locally led soil and water conservation, ending with Stewardship Sunday.
